Clearer decisions for the work behind a record label.
Running a record label involves more than planning individual releases. Responsibilities, schedules, resources and day-to-day decisions all need to work together. Our consultancy services help label operators review these areas, identify practical priorities and develop a clearer approach to their work.
Each engagement begins with a discussion of your label, current requirements and intended outcomes. The agreed consultancy is delivered through a face-to-face meeting followed by the relevant written material.
Management thinking, applied to real label operations.
Our work is focused on the organisational and planning side of independent record labels. We consider how work is currently arranged, where responsibilities sit and how upcoming projects can be approached in a more structured way.
The starting point is your own operating situation. Advice is based on the information you provide, the matters discussed during the consultation and the scope agreed for the selected service.
Choose the level of support that matches your current priorities.

Service information
A few practical details about the way our consultancy services are arranged and delivered.
Are the consultations held face-to-face?
Yes. The services described on this page are based on face-to-face consultations. The meeting location and appointment time must be agreed and confirmed before the consultation takes place. The registered office address should not be treated as a meeting venue unless this has been expressly confirmed.
What should I prepare before the meeting?
You should be ready to explain your label's current activities, the projects or releases you are considering, the people involved and the questions you want to address. Relevant schedules, task lists or planning notes may also help where applicable.
How is the final service fee determined?
Each service has a stated starting price and maximum price. The applicable fee depends on the agreed scope and the information or planning requirements involved. The final scope and fee should be confirmed with you before the consultancy begins.
When will I receive the written material?
The estimated delivery period is stated beside each service. It is calculated from the date of the completed consultation and assumes that the information needed for the agreed work has been supplied. If anything essential is missing, we will contact you to clarify it.
Can I request work beyond the listed service scope?
Additional work is not automatically included. If your requirements go beyond the listed scope, we will explain the proposed additional work and any revised fee or timescale. No additional work should proceed without your agreement.
Does the written plan guarantee a particular result?
No. The documents provide recommendations and planning guidance based on the information available. Decisions, implementation and the results of business activities remain the customer's responsibility.
Will the consultation automatically be booked when I place an order?
No. An order or service request does not by itself confirm a meeting appointment. The appointment details, meeting location and any information required beforehand must be agreed separately.
Not sure which service fits your label?
Tell us a little about your current setup and the areas you would like to discuss. We can review your requirements and clarify the most suitable consultancy scope.
