Service Delivery Policy

Clear information about how our record label management consultancy services are arranged, delivered and completed, from the initial order through to the written materials provided after consultation.

Effective immediately upon publication

1. Introduction

This Service Delivery Policy explains how SEQUENCE LABEL MANAGEMENT LTD (“we”, “us” or “our”) arranges and delivers its consultancy services.

Our services focus on record label management, operational organisation, release planning, team workflows and resource planning.

This policy applies to consultancy services ordered through our website or otherwise agreed directly with us. It should be read alongside the relevant service description, Terms and Conditions and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

2. Nature of our services

Our services are professional consultancy engagements. They are not physical products and do not involve the dispatch of ordinary retail goods.

Depending on the selected service, the work may include:

  • Reviewing the current organisation and operation of a record label.
  • Discussing business requirements, objectives and operational challenges.
  • Reviewing proposed release schedules and related planning requirements.
  • Considering team responsibilities and internal working arrangements.
  • Reviewing resource allocation and project priorities.
  • Preparing practical written recommendations and management planning materials.

The precise work to be completed is determined by the service selected and the scope confirmed before the consultancy engagement begins.

3. Order and service confirmation

Visitors may review the available consultancy services and submit an order through the website’s ordering facilities.

An order submission or order acknowledgement does not, by itself, confirm a face-to-face meeting appointment. The meeting must be arranged separately.

We will contact the client using the contact details provided to discuss the requested service, confirm availability and agree the relevant arrangements.

Before the meeting is confirmed, the client should receive information about:

  • The selected consultancy service and its agreed scope.
  • The applicable service price and any agreed additional work.
  • The proposed meeting date, time and location.
  • The expected consultation duration.
  • The written materials to be supplied after the meeting.
  • The estimated completion timeframe.

Appointment confirmation: A meeting is only treated as confirmed once the arrangements have been agreed with the client directly.

4. Face-to-face meeting arrangements

Our consultancy services are arranged on a face-to-face basis. The meeting location and appointment details will be agreed individually before the appointment.

The company’s registered office is not automatically a client meeting venue. No meeting should be assumed to take place at that address unless this has been expressly confirmed.

The agreed appointment details will be communicated through the contact information supplied by the client.

Clients should arrive at the agreed location at the confirmed time and allow sufficient time for the consultation.

If a meeting needs to be changed, the client should contact us as early as reasonably possible. Any rearrangement will be subject to availability and the applicable cancellation terms.

5. Client preparation

To make the consultation relevant and useful, clients may be asked to provide information related to their record label and the subject of the selected service.

Depending on the agreed scope, this may include:

  • A brief description of the label and its current stage of operation.
  • Current or proposed release schedules.
  • Existing team roles and areas of responsibility.
  • Relevant project information and resource requirements.
  • Specific operational questions or challenges.
  • Any existing planning documents relevant to the consultation.

Clients should ensure that information supplied is accurate, relevant and provided in a suitable format. Any confidential information belonging to another person or organisation should only be shared where the client is authorised to do so.

6. Written deliverables

Following the face-to-face consultation, we will prepare the written materials specified in the selected service description and confirmed scope.

Depending on the service, deliverables may include:

  • A written summary of the consultation.
  • An operational review with prioritised observations.
  • A proposed release schedule or planning document.
  • A team workflow and responsibility outline.
  • A resource and project planning report.
  • A consolidated label management plan in PDF format.

The materials are prepared from the information available during the consultancy engagement. Their content and level of detail will reflect the agreed service scope.

Written recommendations are advisory in nature. The client remains responsible for deciding whether and how to implement them.

7. Delivery timeframes

Each service has an estimated preparation and delivery period. The applicable timeframe will be confirmed for the selected service before the consultancy engagement proceeds.

Service Indicative written delivery
Initial Label Consultation Within 3 working days
Label Operations Review Within 4 working days
Release Schedule Consultation Within 5 working days
Team Workflow Consultation Within 6 working days
Resource & Project Planning Within 7 working days
Complete Label Management Plan Within 8 working days

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the delivery period begins on the first working day after the face-to-face consultation has taken place and we have received the information reasonably required to prepare the agreed deliverables.

Working days mean Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England and Wales.

If additional information is needed, or the client requests a change to the agreed scope, the expected delivery date may need to be revised. Any material change will be communicated to the client.

8. Delivery format

Written deliverables are supplied electronically using the email address provided by the client, unless another electronic delivery arrangement has been agreed.

Depending on the selected service, documents may be supplied as PDF files or in another suitable written electronic format.

Clients should ensure that their email address is correct and that their mailbox can receive attachments.

If a document does not arrive within the agreed timeframe, the client should contact us so that we can check the delivery status and arrange another copy where appropriate.

Electronic delivery: Our standard service delivery method is by email. Physical document delivery is not included unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Delays and changes to the agreed work

We aim to complete each consultancy engagement within the timeframe confirmed with the client. Occasionally, circumstances may affect the agreed schedule.

If we become aware of a material delay, we will inform the client and provide an updated expected delivery date.

Where the client requests work beyond the original scope, we will explain the proposed additional work and any associated fee or revised timeframe before proceeding.

Additional work will not be treated as automatically authorised simply because it relates to the same consultancy project.

If an agreed service cannot be completed, we will discuss the appropriate next steps with the client, taking account of the circumstances and applicable contractual and consumer rights.

10. Client responsibilities

The client plays an important part in the successful delivery of the consultancy service. Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and relevant information.
  • Attend the confirmed face-to-face appointment.
  • Raise any important requirements before the consultation.
  • Respond to reasonable requests for clarification.
  • Review the written materials supplied after the meeting.
  • Inform us promptly if contact details or relevant arrangements change.

Our recommendations are based on the information supplied and discussed. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in information provided by the client or for decisions independently made by the client after receiving the consultancy materials.

11. Physical delivery and postage

The consultancy services described on this website are delivered through face-to-face consultation and electronic written materials.

No standard postal delivery, courier service or shipment of physical goods forms part of these services.

If a particular engagement requires an alternative delivery arrangement, this must be discussed and agreed in writing before the work proceeds.
