A clear process, from your first enquiry to the final document.
Our consultancy is arranged around your label's current needs. We begin by understanding what you want to address, agree the work to be covered, arrange a face-to-face meeting and prepare the written material included in your selected service.
Before the meeting, we make sure the work is understood.
Consultancy works best when both sides understand what is being discussed and what the final output is intended to cover. For this reason, the selected service, meeting arrangements and expected deliverables are clarified before the consultation takes place.
The process is not a fixed programme imposed on every customer. A short introductory consultation may require only a focused discussion, while a broader management plan may involve more background information and consideration of several areas of label operations.
The following stages explain how a typical engagement is arranged.
Six stages that keep the engagement clear.
Each stage has a practical purpose, from identifying your requirements to receiving the written work. The exact details depend on the consultancy service selected.

Time set aside for the matters that matter to your label.
The face-to-face discussion is the central part of the consultancy. It gives us the opportunity to understand the working context, clarify information and focus on the requirements agreed for the selected service.
A little preparation can make the discussion more focused.
You do not need to prepare a formal report unless this has been specifically requested. A clear outline of your current arrangements and the questions you want to address is usually a useful starting point.
Depending on the selected service, the following information may be relevant:

Further information about appointments, preparation and written delivery.
Does placing an order confirm my meeting?
No. An order or service request does not automatically confirm an appointment. The meeting date, time and location must be agreed separately. You should wait for confirmation before treating the appointment as arranged.
Where will the face-to-face consultation take place?
The meeting location is agreed with you before the appointment is confirmed. The company's registered office is not automatically a customer meeting venue.
How long will the meeting take?
The estimated duration depends on the selected service. The service descriptions state the expected meeting time, ranging from a short introductory discussion to a broader management planning session.
How long does written delivery take?
Each service has its own estimated delivery period, calculated from the completed consultation. The period assumes that the information required for the agreed work has been provided.
What if my requirements change after the scope is agreed?
If your requirements change or additional work is requested, the proposed revised scope, any additional fee and the revised timescale should be explained and agreed before the extra work proceeds.
Can the consultancy implement the recommendations for my label?
The listed services provide consultancy and written planning material. Implementation and ongoing management are not included unless a separate written agreement expressly provides for them.
What happens if I need to cancel or rearrange?
Cancellation and rearrangement requests are handled in accordance with the company's Cancellation & Refund Policy and the applicable consumer rights. Please review that policy before placing an order.
